HP 24-dp0016ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I have HP 24-dp0016ur:

https://support.hp.com/ru-ru/product/hp-all-in-one-pc-24-dp0000bi/34900720/model/35904876

After the last cumulative Windows update speakers of my computer sound very quiet. I hear only high frequencies.

The update was not a half-year update from version 2004 to 20H2. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/)

It was a tiny update of several components that appears approximately one time in 2 weeks.

If I open Device Manager and after that open properties of Realtek Speaker or Realtek Audio Device the button Roll Back Driver is disabled.

I use Windows Home 64 bit version 20H2 (build 19042.630)

Could you please explain to me how to fix speakers?
