HP 800 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, my name is Stefano, I'm new to the forum.

I have a question about the HP 800 G4 PC.

The problem is the audio of the microphone (headphones) Jack inserted in the front (rear has no connectors)

When I put the headset on to use Teams, the interlocutor does not hear me, while I feel him.

After uninstalling and reinstalling all audio drivers, going into the settings the headset microphone is not detected.

I also contacted the Microsoft Community but apparently it's not a settings issue, so I think the problem is hardware.

Can you give me some indications about it?

Thank you so much!! Hello
