Audio CD Burning Error 4850

Used to be able to burn podcasts off Itunes onto CD.  Now get this message all the time.  Computer is only 3 months old.

I understand you have audio CD burning issues with your PC.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Have you tried burning with different CD?

Have you tried burning the discs using a different application?

Try burning discs using a different brand DVD and check if it helps.

In "Burn Audio Disc Projects" look o the lower left to make sure that the correct disc and size is selected. 

Check if the application you are using to burn the discs supports the file format.

 If the issue still persists uninstall the CD/DVD burning software from the control panel and install the CD burning software using HP recovery manager.

Refer this article to know how to restore drivers using HP recovery manager.
