Audio Issues after recent Windows 10 "creator" update

Product Name: HP ENVY 17-j100 (and I don't know the letters that follow)
Product Number: E1P13AV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm so tempted to just try what I'm guessing is a driver link you gave the original poster, but I know that must be for their specific machine. Could you do the same for mine? The driver listed for my sound device on the HP support page is older than the one currently in my machine.

This is the only driver that I know of that has any chance of fixing issues with the IDT audio in your model...


Install and restart the PC.
