Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My screen was red so I ran a diagnostic tool. The failure ID is PG88RH-0009G5-9XPH5F-21S813. What can I do?

Go to this HP site (Link) to see what the error code means. You have an unspecified device error happening.

 

Any of the components listed as causes would need to be replaced. You will have to troubleshoot each item listed to determine the bad component.

Thanks I really appreciated your help! I did and found out my cd drive had a bad driver that was conflicting with windows 10 and this caused my screen to go red.
