Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a (4H508AV)

Dear all,

after a graphics card driver update (GeForce RTX3060 Ti) my onboard audio (located on the AMD Ryzen R7-5700G) devices (speakers/headphones) disappeared in the device manager. Audio is only working through my monitor speakers (Q24 Nvidia High Definition Audio) via the HDMI cable.

I have tried all solutions I could think of and find online so far:

-I de-installed graphics drivers and installed the old ones available.

-I re-installed Realtek drivers

-I installed all drivers that HP Support Assistant told me

-I ensured onboard audio is "on" and also set my Bios settings to default

-I updated my Bios version

-I  performed a complete Windows reset.

But still no solution.

In my device manager I only have AMD and NVIDIA high definition Audio listed. For output I only have Q24 listed, which is the monitopr output via HDMI cable:

Funnily, two High Definition audio controllers show up under system devices, as well as one HD Audio bus:

All three run with the same drivers:

If anyone has a solution I'd be very thankful!

Also, if anyone with a HP Victus could tell me which devices are listed and what drivers are used, I will try to manually find them and use them from the list.

Thanks and best regards
