HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa1009na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Logged on this morning and no audio. I have run all the checks, used the HP assistant. Been online to teh HP website. All checks say all systems ok. Checked for drivers and updates and still no audio. All i keep hearing is a Please can I have some help? I need audio as I work from home due to Isolating. All help much appreciated been trying for hours. Thanks

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

  • System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected. You can also undo a System Restore if the restore does not resolve the issue or if the issue becomes worse.
