HP E243m Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an HP E243m monitor with built in camera and echo cancelling speakerphone.  A few days ago I noticed that the audio has a buzz - sound distortion.  I've checked the settings, I've run tests and the problem persists.  Has anyone had this problem?  How did you resolve it?

Thanks...

@cim2 -- is there an audio-cable between the monitor and your computer? If so, check that it is tightly plugged-in at both ends, or try replacing the cable.

Hello @itsmyname , thanks for your suggestion.  I did check cables and they are all properly plugged in.  I found an HP software update to fix the robotic buzz sound.  It worked!  My problem has been solved.
