B&O Audio?

HP Recommended
pavillion 27 all in one (new, just purchased)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Hoping someone can help? I have been on messenger with HP the past 2 days and it has been disasterous!

I purchased a new pavillion with B&O speakers. there is no app installed to take advantage of the sound which i find suprising?

I have searched to try to find the correct app and also been guided by the HP messaenger service however the downloads i was sent by HP, the first 2 downloads would not complete for 2 hours!!! then an error message saying NOT to install as the files would damage my new PC!

i was given a third download this morning and this resulted in windows being unable to start after the run and install, then i got a recovery screen. i have had to recover the PC so after spending 2 days installing all my stuff and apps etc....I am back to a basic PC and need to do this all over!

I'm very frustrated that all i wanted to do was take advantage of the so called fine tuned speakers by B&O!!! and all I need is the correct app to do this?

I've always purchased HP products but I have to say this experience has not been great at all so far.

Considering so much hype and noise was made about B&O partnership and sound qaulity it find it hard to believe that i am having such trouble with this.

 

I'd love it someone can help or has had a similar issue.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

The B&O app gets installed with the audio driver. I recommend you make sure you have the correct audio driver installed on the computer.

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you help me with the product number for your computer so that I can provide you an accurate solution.
