Product: HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b245se
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Support team,

I own a HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b245se. My B&O speakers was working fine in both windows 10 sound and HDMI devices inputs.

 

However, I recently run the wrong firmware upgrade using "HP ENVY 27-b100 -  HDMI-In Scalar Firmware
F.16 Rev.A" .

 

This incorrect firmware wipe out my default HDMI program with a new HDMI UI  interface F.16

after the firmware  upgrade my B&O speakers are not able to produce sound in windows 10, even though that all drivers detect no issue. clearly the wrong firmware upgrade has caused the issue. furthermore, I have tried the HDMI devices inputs and B&O speaker still produce sound from hdmi,  so the speaker itself is fine, but the wrong firmware has break the connection between the speaker and the hdmi when using windows 10.

 

Can you send me the original HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b245se HDMI Firmware?

I would need to flashback to the factory default firmware to resolve this issue.
