Product: Elite Slice
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Brand new Elite Slice with B and O module, sound works but is tinny and scratchy. Have checked drivers etc all up to date. Equaliser is ineffective. Very disappointing. Can you help me improve what should be a "gold standard"sound?

Did it happen to you after the first windows update when your computer was new? That's what happened to me. 90% reduction in sound output instantly after the update and this has apparently been a problem for many years and microsoft has done nothing at all to resolve this issue which is bug related.
