Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)

hello everyone my laptop is hp pavillion 15 with ryzen 5  

Problems:-

1. Sometimes my laptop slows very very slow and battery drains out very fast  sometimes   Matter of fact I dont play games and other heavy task and also i am using in efficiency mode. 

2. When i play any vedio with full volume in starting 1 sec its volume is louder but after that 1 second it lows.

3. Nearby share of this laptop is not connecting with any phone .

 

pls give some solutions....
