Beats Audio keeps crashing when I access the setup under the Listening Experience tab.
Current SetUp
Roland DM-20 digital audio studio monitors connected to my pc (HP Envy Phoenix 800-030qe) with an optical audio cable
Windows 10 v1903
IDT Audio - package sp71717.exe
Steps I have taken to troubleshoot and resolve
- I ran the HP Audio Utility check and there was no problem with the audio
- I uninstalled the audio driver, restarted my computer and reinstalled it and the problem persists.
- I reran the HP Audio Utility after the re-installation and it fixed the Low audio device volume, there were no issues with anything else
How can I get the program to stop crashing so I can access the setup?
Thanks

No newer Beats audio software after other vendor bought the product around 2014 therefore IDT Audio - package sp71717.exe from around 2015 is there just for making machines have sound, it is NOT a full compatible software for later versions of Windows 10.
Probably you have to live with that.
Regards.
