HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa1007na

Hi guys

we have a HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa1007na with B&O speaker system.  We have a small black pen park on the front of the speaker just below the B&0 and would like to know if anyone has had this issue and how to clean it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Lee

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to clean the pen mark?
  • Could you please share the picture of the Pen mark on the speaker grill?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi

apologies for the late response, I’ve tried dabbing a damp cloth that’s not really worked.  Here’s a picture
