Can't get the equalizer to work in HP Audio Center

The HP Audio Control Center on my Pavilion Desktop TP01-2165z does not work. I can get sound but I cannot use the equalizer controls. They do not respond. Is it a driver issue or something else?

i see : Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

so if you have installed windows 11 may be the cause

check drivers version

and tried this one

Thanks but it did not work. I eventually had to install a third party equalizer (after trying several that did not work) that finally worked.

I installed Peter's Equalizer APO Configuration Extension 1.6.1.2. This works well for my needs.
