Cannot find drivers for my HP Pavilion PC

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion All-in-One 24 xa0000nq
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have lost all sounds at my PC most likely due to windows 10 auto update.

I need to instal the "Intel Higth definition audio" driver since it is missing and not installing automatically - I have tried inside the device manager.

Could you please help me where to dowload it so I can install it manually? I cannot find it here in the support.hp.com.

Best Regards,

Syana

Hello
indeed, I don't know if it's a bug, but no driver tab here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-all-in-one-pc-24-xa0000i/23302609/model/24077751/pr...
on the other hand, try from the series page:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-all-in-one-pc-24-xa0000i/23302609

but it's realtek here ??

Hi Promethee,

Thank you for all this. I have installed the HP support assistant, then scan and update a bunch of drivers. Now I don't have any uninstalled drivers in the device manager.

But the sound is still missing. However all of the diagnostics are passing (including the sound) which is strange.

Plunging the headset is also not working- which leads to an issue in the sound cart (not the speakers). So may be an hardware issue. The PC is still in warranty, so I will call tomorrow.

Best Regards,
Syana
