I have tried everything from updating drivers to Googling if my monitor even has speakers. Says everything is working but IS NOT PLUGGED IN. I have HDMI hooked up to HDMI. No go. I have spent HOURS trying to fix this and no one to talk to. i did everything the virtual assistant said to do. Even IT at work tried but could not help-said it is an HP issue. Can anyone help?

- What is the product number for your computer?
- What is the make and model of your monitor?
- Does the monitor has internal speakers or do you connect external speaker to the monitor?
- Have you tested connecting external speakers directly to the computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
