Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eh0000 (9WD44AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I went to Microsoft for help with my laptops audio, agent said to contact hp as it might be dusty. So I've unscrewed the 2 screws but can't seem to pri open the bottom part, am I missing another screw?

Hi:

 

There are more than two screws you have to remove, which are located under the rubber foot strips.
