Disable sound pad on base of Envy 34" curved - b-110

HP Recommended
Envy 34" curved b-110
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 34 in" curved computer B-100 has a button on the base, labelled Bang & Olufsen which allows control of the sound volume and turn off or on.

My cat keeps walking over it either stopping the sound or maximizing it, very frustrating!

How can I disable / disconnect that pad. I can't find any mention of it in the control panel.
