Hi,

 

I just bought  a laptop, HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0026nq, and I was wondering if I have to install from the internet the audio app from B&O. As you all may know all new products don't come with a CD or something because it will take all the drivers from the Internet. And on my laptop I have the initials "B&O". I am assuming that I should have a software inside that is compliant with the audio system!? Or is it just that it has audio system from B&O and no predefined app for me to install. All I want to know is if I have to search and install the B&O app from the internet or not? And will it make a difference if I install it or not?

The specs of your machine is

It came with  FreeDOS and you installed Windows 10 yourself. You have to install its Audio driver from its support page. B&O should come with Audio driver.
