To confirm if yours has a mic:
Option 1: Check Device Manager
- Right-click the Start button > click Device Manager
- Expand Audio inputs and outputs
- If you see something like "Microphone (Realtek Audio)" or "Internal Microphone" — then yes, you have one.
Option 2: Sound Settings
- Right-click the speaker icon in your system tray > Sound settings
- Under Input, it should list a microphone device
– Try speaking; if the input level bar moves, it’s working.
