Dual Jack for Headset with Microphone

The desktop has two jacks in the front. One identified as only headset another one with headset and microphone.

I'm plugging my headset with microphone  (4-ring jacks). When plugging the DTS+ software will notify that the device was plugged. However, the computer will only pick up the headset as (audio out) or the microphone (in), but I can't make them work simultaneously; thus I'm not being able to use the computer for calls (skype, zoom, etc).

I also have the same problem. I've tried to install de previous version, but the same.

Now that I work from home, I need to use headsets, and have problems doing my job.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?
