Hello,


I'm IT engineer of the French Insitute of Hungary.
We have 10 * HP Elitedesk 705 G4 65W and we are not able to listen an sound via connected Jack on any of the computer. The built-in speaker works.
Of course, the device is enabled and the volume On.. We tried several headphones, earphones and headsets and the problem occurs on all our computers of this model. We updated the drivers to the last version available : Synaptic HD audio (8.65.281.2 Rev.A).

 

Also, I'm running Linux on the same model with no issue.
