Hi i just bought this laptop today afternoon so when i reach home i want to open my laptop but I notice this laptop make noise and i did not turn on yet. What is the problem and how to solve this?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

Laptop could be in shutdown sleep mode. Simply turn it on or press any key to wake it up.
