i connected my nintendo switch to the hdmi but when i move over to that port its extremely loud with no way to change it. i've seen other articles of people saying pressing enter will pull up a control screen but that does not happen for me

@projectdolphin -- that HDMI cable carries both "video" and "audio" to your All-In-One (or your TV). Use the TV's remote-control to reduce the volume of the TV's speakers. Does your computer's keyboard have labels on some of the 12 F-keys, for "volume up" and "volume-down" ?
