hp envy  X360..headset jack not working..I tried everything to  troubleshoot..still not working..need an urgent solution

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:

  • Are you referring to the Audio port or headset audio jack? 
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?

yes the r. front theres two and i tried setting h.phone as default, configure, etc. in settings

1) May I have the exact model name of the computer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

2) What's the operating system installed on the computer?
