Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

Racking my brains a bit trying to get windows 1903 to pick up the internal speaker of the system,  just a red cross on the volume. background:

- bios latest version

- internal speaker is enabled in bios

- full driver uninstalls, reinstalls etc.

- headphone jacks work fine.

windows will not pick up or acknowledge the existence of the internal speaker, i suspect an realtek issue, has anybody managed to solve?

HI All,

Please ignore this, despite HP specs saying this model has an internal speaker, and us ordering 130 of them (requiring an internal speaker) just taken one apart and they do not have one. thanks a bunch HP
