HP Recommended
Issue as shown in screenshot. Equalizer functions, but the additional functions in the Bang & Olufsen are permanently greyed out and cannot be interacted with.
I've already looked up and installed the latest audio drivers from HP, but the issue remains.
Is it just inherently unavailable for the system for some reason?

B&O is overwritten by HP Audio Control and now you can select from the pull down window: Pop, Live, .... which are more choices.
You can define and save if you wish
