Had a problem with the HP Audio Control App could not connect to rps service. Called HP Support rep told me not to worry he would fix the problem. I gave him remote access and after several minutes he uninstalled the Control App without asking me. After a restart I think he thought the app would reload. NO such luck. After searching for a resolution he gave up and said he was transferring me to the level 3 tech. Turns out it was the Software dept. They told me to fix the problem I had to PAY. I did not think this was fair since THEIR tech uninstalled the app without telling me. Still no help... Tried to call HP Customer Support to complain could not get to anyone to complain. Very frustrating. Anyone know where to download the Audio Control? It does not appear to be in the Microsoft Store any longer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to download the Audio control app.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The Audio control app is part of the audio driver. I recommend you download and install the audio driver from the below link and check.
