HP Recommended

I have bought an HP headset (HPBT500) in Jan, 2024. It only worked few days and then has been non-discoverable inspite of being fully charged and lights blink.

Have tried on all different phone iPhone and Android phones as well as on Windows 11 PC. No luck, have gone through various forums on google, but no response.

 

In case someone has solved this or HP support has any answer to this.

I see that there is an issue with the HP bluetooth headset and may need replacement.
