Product: HP ENVY All in One 27 b200ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
SO, when i plug a headphone cable into the headphone socket, the headphone work fine. However if after 30sec - 3mins i do not play any sound. The headphone jacks turns off. I will not hear any sound through the headphone cable OR the desktop speakers.
I have to unplug and replug the cable back into the headphone jack to reactivate the sound.
I am connecting my desktop to a 2.1 external speakers through the standard headphone jack. It is not the external speakers, as if i have them turned off, with the cable plugged in, when i turn the speakers on, no sound will come out until i have unplugged and replugged the cable back in. Any idea???
