Hi. Recently, I have a problem with connecting to the speakers of other devices via Bluetooth - e.g. a phone. Previously, the devices connected normally, but during the last call, despite the fact that the call indicated active speakers, they did not process the sound from the phone. I came to the conclusion to disconnect and reconnect the two devices. When I disconnected them and tried to connect them again, the message "Unable to connect to the device. Forget the device and add it again" was displayed. So I did - I forgot the device on my phone. Unfortunately, from then on, the device does not appear on the list of available connections. I reinstalled all the drivers from the HP website but that didn't help. Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

I will also mention that such a situation had already taken place and it solved itself after about 2 months. In the meantime, I was obviously updating Windows and the manufacturer's drivers.
