Is it possible to add a sound card to an HP23-q109 all in one.

Hi,
Normally we can't add anything internally to AiO machines (that why we call them All-In-One). Same for your machine which has the following specs:
http://support.hp.com/hu-hu/document/c04828396
No room/slot on its motherboard to allow you to add. Option: use USB external sound card such as some of them on the following list:
http://www.msy.com.au/54-sound-card
