Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

May 2021 Windows update caused audio to cease. Message Audio system not plugged in. Driver required but HP not supporting.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the IDT audio driver from a newer model desktop PC.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver...
