Hello, I haven't had any sound on my computer for a while, and I finally figured out what was causing it, and it's kinda weird. I'll show a screenshot of what the virtual support assistant told me-

I've tried blocking the hdmi port with a cable I found lying around, but I had no luck there. I've tried going from windows 11 back to windows 10, no luck there. I have also done many factory resets and driver updates, and nothing is working. I just need a fix where I don't need to remove my graphics card, thanks.

What EXACTLY is your machine ? Does it have video card other than iGPU ? Normally Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.

Regards.

In task manager, it says my system has a discrete graphics card, and I also see intel hd graphics. So do I need to somehow get rid of intel hd?
