Product: Elitedesk 800 G1 SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a Razer Kraken X headset for my refurbished HP Elitedesk 800 G1 SFF to use voice when playing games. It came with an audio splitter and I connected them to the front ports and I am only able to hear sound. My mic is not detected at all when I check the Input devices in the Sound settings. I even looked at the disabled audio devices and there is nothing else listed and no hidden devices. Furthermore, while the sound does work, the computer does not seem to detect the device as a headset and lists it as 'Speakers'. Can anyone help me? I have been trying to find a solution to this with no luck.
