Product: Pavilion TP01-0070
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Have An HP Pavilion (TP01-0070) DeskTop:  9th Generation Intel Core i7-9700 Processor (8 Core), 32GB DDR4 2666 SDRAMM, 1 TB SSD Drive, 1 TB SATA Drive, 1 256 PCIe NVMe Drive.  Running CUBASE 10.5 Music Production Software and AVID ProTools Music Production Software.  I record in 41000hz and this "NEW" DeskTop Does Not Allow Me To Change The Default 48000hz Sampling Rate.  PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP.....
