Cannot bluetooth link my Phillips headphones TAT2236 to my PC please advise.  Thanks

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Turn Bluetooth on in the laptop, then check the instructions for the headphones.  Many of them need certain buttons to be pressed to place them into "Pairing Mode".  Watch for them to pop up on your PC then click "Add".

Thanks so much for answering, but that doesn't work.  Having read online may need an external device. Just deciding which to get!

Perhaps if you include the model number of your HP device, it would help us diagnose the problem.  The string of letters you typed mean nothing to us.

 

If the computer is running Windows 11, I cannot fathom it not having Bluetooth and requiring an external module!
