Product: Envy 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP Envy 23 All-in-One desktop. I updated all the drivers on the computer and now there is no sound which comes from the built in speakers. It said that there were no audio output devices so i tried to reinstall legacy drivers and this did not work either. No sound comes form the headphone jack either.
The serial number for my comptuer is :4CS34202S2

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the IDT audio driver to the W10 version that is not listed on your PC's support page. Restart the PC after installing the driver.
VERSION: 6.10.6504.0 July 03, 2015
