Hello 🙂
I recently bought this computer and I noticed that Youtube videos sound and quality aren't very good. I tried many troubleshooting techniques, but nothing seemed to help. My refresh in Chrome isn't working either. I don't know if I need driver updates or anything. I checked for them using my Support Assistant and also made sure my Microsoft updates were the latest. Below is a screenshot of what appears to be a corrupt file or something. Please help me. I don't know what to do. If it's any help, I used my Bluetooth settings to pair my Bose Wireless headphones. I didn't have this issue on my last computer.
Thank you for taking the time to help me.

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Did you solve this?
Your screen capture has an (x) in the speaker icon near the system clock in the taskbar.
That's not good.
Check sound settings in Control Panel.
Regards

Hello
It's all good now. The reason there's an 'X' on the sound icon is because I don't have computer speakers. I use wireless headphones. When I turn them on, the 'X' goes away.
