Product: HP laptop 15-f387 energy touch screen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So, I am trying to connect my AirPods to my laptop via Bluetooth, but it seems the Bluetooth function has disappeared? I have installed the drivers necessary, my laptop is on the newest update, and I have installed all the optional updates for my laptop and have restarted my computer. Despite all that, I still cannot connect them to my laptop. And I do not have a feature called "Bluetooth" under Device Manager. Nor is it under the hidden devices under the view tab in Device Manager.

What is your HP 15-f387 machine ? Is it an HP Notebook - 15-f387wm ? Its specs

It does NOT have Bluetooth.
