Product: Touchsmart 520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently had to reinstall windows 10 on an all in one desktop - I have now lost my internal speakers - all trouble shooting says driver is up to date but says no speakers are connected - I saw a similar problem solved for notebooks and was wondering if there was a fix for all in ones

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model desktop PC works on yours.  Restart the PC after installing the driver...
