Product: HP ENVY 700-074 Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I factory resetted my Desktop and when I try to use my headset it doesn't pop up in the Sound output I tried to download the Driver but the issue is its for Windows 8 and I'm on Windows 10 I can't hear anything or talk with my mic.

Hi, @DevinR22 

 

The driver you were provided is only good for HP notebook PC's with the IDT audio system.

 

This is the driver you need for HP desktops with the IDT audio system.  Restart the PC after installing the driver.
