My Desktop HP Pro 3330 MT

My OS is Windows 10 Pro Version 2004

On Motherboard there is an option for connecting speaker (Internal Speaker) I have connected but the audio is not working with internal speaker, it still says after diagnosing connect head sets or speaker externally. External Speakers/Head Set is working.

The speaker connected internally is new and working (Checked with other model computers of HP.

Anyone please help me resolve this problem. My internal speaker should work.

Thank you.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer is to make sure the internal speaker setting is enabled in the BIOS.

There is an option to enable/disable the internal speaker.
