So my pc says that the speakers are unplugged but I've literally just got this and have not touched anything internally and, have ran all the troubleshooting options and it hasn't solved anything. Please help.

Hello
you haven't changed anything, but maybe you've received a windows update?
Disconnect the speakers
Install the audio driver:

Version: 6.0.8923.1 Rev.A

if the computer does not restart by itself, do it once the update is complete
check the version installed if it corresponds to the one given
then turn off the computer
Reconnect the speaker, then restart
Check if it works
