HP Pro Tower 290 G9 Desktop PC (7A486AV)

Hello,

On a brand new Pro Tower 290 G9 desktop, I'm using Steinberg Wavelab 12 pro along with a focusrite scarlet 2i2 4th gen to make audio recordings. During recordings I get some "clicks" and jitters that ruin the whole recording. Desktop is fully updated both windows 11 and PC drivers from HP support assistant. Also external card is fully updated. I tried switch usb port, switch usb cable, tried different external card, downgraded to windows 10 with the same result. We tested the external audio card with same wavelab version in an other windows 11 desktop pc and we have no issues. We checked HP desktop with HP diagnostic tool but returned no errors. I have spoke with HP and informed me that since diagnostic tool is with no errors there is nothing they can do and now I 'm stuck with a desktop that cannot deliver the job we bought it for. Any ideas?
