Hi,

I hope someone has an easy fix.

Updated to windows 10 from the Mircosoft website. It completely replaced the HP operating system. Now I do not have any sound from my internal or external speakers. I get a message that there is "No audio output device is installed"

I have gone to youtube followed all their fixes, no success.  Thought HP people may know best.

I know this is an old computer but I have so many things on it I hate to change.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model desktop PC.

Restart the PC after installing the driver...
