OMEN Blast headset,  Serial Number [Personal Information Removed],
My microphone doesn't work properly, its volume is low, people can't hear me right. I tried updating and reinstalling the driver, Microsoft troubleshooting and checked microphone's level to be at 100%. I installed OMEN app, OMEN Gaming hub and there the mic's level is about 5-10 %.

I see that you are facing issues with your Omen Blast headset wherein the microphone volume is low.

 

As you have tried most of the steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center 
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
