Dear HP team,

I would like to request for manufacturers authorization for the purposes of applying for a tender for toners and cartridges'. The manufacturers authorization is one of the mandatory requirements.  Kindly assist.

https://partner.hp.com/login

 

If you're already a HP partner, you should have an HP partner representative you could work with regarding programs like GEM.
