HP TouchSmart 520 PC

I am having issues with using this computer in video calls. I can hear and see others, but no one can hear me.

There is a backup issue here too. This computer is a handme down from my mother. She had some tech clean the machine up and supposedly put an updated OS (I think 10 is on it). I think this tech setup the machine to have an administrator. Which my mother swears there isn't an admin password for this machine. And yet, I can't do any changes or updates because it tells me I am signed in as a general user and I would need to log in as the administrator to make any changes. Such as, updating the drivers to my audio devices.

I need help!

Is there a way I can get to the unknown admin pwd and reset it (or just remove that and not need a pwd)?  And, what can I do about the audio/microphone issue? I have checked everything i can and there is no reason why it shouldn't be working.

Hi@Ravenlafey03, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Reverb G2 to support the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
